Italian Zucchini Saute
I used a can of diced Italian seasoned tomatoes instead of regular. Recipe was EASY and really tasty! Would be good served over pasta and with parmasean cheese.

Grilled Asian Chicken
MMM YUM! My only changes I was out of soy sauce (for the first time in my life, lol) so I substituted Kikoman's Teriyaki Sauce, used powder ginger, small diced garlice and let my chicken marinate for a good hour. Excellent marinade! Thanks!!

Zucchini Herb Casserole
I never thought I would say this, but, "way too much cheese!" I used 1.5 cups and think it still could be cut back. Nontheless, I love cheese and I loved this recipe! Will be making again!
