Squash-Apple Bake
Recipe was Perfect! The only problem I had was there were no leftovers!! I substituted Nutmeg for Mace. For the people complaining about this recipe not turning out right, maybe it has to do with your butter??? I used Land 'o Lakes butter sticks as I do with all my baking, consistancy was fine.

Banana and Strawberry Smoothie
I agree, this recipe has had some undue roughness applied. This is a simple, tasty base for a smoothie. My 7 and 3 year old LOVED it! Thanks for sharing =)

Italian Zucchini Saute
I used a can of diced Italian seasoned tomatoes instead of regular. Recipe was EASY and really tasty! Would be good served over pasta and with parmasean cheese.
