Italian Bread Bowls
This was my first attempt at making a bread bowl. I read all the reviews and decided I would make 1/2 inverted over pyrex dishes and 1/2 the way the recipe said. They all turned out good. I did add about 1 tsp. of sugar thinking it might help them rise higher. I don't know if that worked, but these were delicious! The bread is delicious even on it's own. I served chili in them and even my kids kept saying "Mom, these are really good!" Great recipe I will use often.
