Salsa Chicken
Five stars for the easiness of this recipe. I usually have these things on hand. Everyone liked it. Moist chicken. Yum.

French Toast Casserole
Oh how I wanted to love this recipe. I waited to make it for Christmas morning and boy it smelled good. I made it with Italian bread so as to make it less soggy. It tasted okay but not great. I served it with real maple syrup and all three kids didn't like it. Mom didn't care for it but dad really liked it. It's missing something...

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork
Finally a pulled pork recipe I LOVE! I've tried two other recipes and have been disappointed. Hubby and kids even loved it. I used Sweet Baby Ray's original barbeque sauce. I also used a pork roast and not a tenderloin. Awesome! Awesome! and oh sooooo easy.
