This recipe was served at a potluck I attended, and it was well received by those in attendance. I myself, enjoyed it as well, although I must say that the flavors weren't spectacular enough to earn it a 5. However, the simplicity of the ingredients allows more room for experimentation, and therein lies the ingenuity!

I have made a similar stir-fry w/ beef or chicken sauteed w/ oil & ginger. Better w/ the addition of ginger, in my opinion.
