Hmm, maybe it is a personal taste thing. I have made this many times and it is always very flavorful. It is on the thick side. Sometimes I substitute two or 3 cloves of garlic for the garlic powder, but other than that, this is the recipe I fix. Did you use fresh parsely and parmesan cheese? That may make a difference.
