Kristen's Bacon Ranch Potato Salad

I've made a similar salad many times. I use bottled ranch dressing, bacon bits, green onions and no cheddar cheese. Make sure your potatoes are cooled completely or they'll absorb the dressing and you'll have to add more. This can be served cold or at room temperature. You don't have to worry about the mayo spoiling in hot weather because there's none in this recipe.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

I doubled the crust and used Simply Fruit Raspberries. We loved it. Next time I'll add more raspberries. Went together quite easily. I did a water bath and let it cool in the oven but it still cracked.

Mom's Zucchini Pie

I've made this many times. I add 1/4 tsp. each of garlic powder and basil. Leftovers are also good the next day. A good way to use up the extra zucchini.

Juanita's Blackberry Dumplings

I make this every summer we have fresh blackberries but you can also use frozen. To save time I make the recipe for dumplings on the Bisquick box. Much faster and tastes very good. Try it served with vanilla ice cream. It's a great treat.

Tortellini Bacon Broccoli Salad

Very good. We liked it better the second day. Next time I'm going to try using ranch dressing instead of the coleslaw dressing. A quick and tasty salad, good for a summer picnic.

Fresh Rhubarb Pie

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

This soup is so good. I cooked my chicken in the soup then added a can of black beans once I shredded the chicken. Make sure you give it a quick shot of lime juice when you add the cheese and tortilla chips. I also used tortilla chips. Saves time.

Brunch Potato Casserole

I've made these many times. I use Velveeta for the cheese and bacon bits on top. This is good as your potato dish for a ham or meatloaf dinner.

Green Grape Salad

I've made this many times and it's always a hit. Once you mix in the nuts and brown sugar it doesn't look too good but the taste is delicious.

Easy Lemon Cookies

When I make these I don't roll them in the sugar but I frost them with canned lemon frosting when cooled. Delicious.

Cinnamon-Apple Chex® Mix

My family loved this. I used craisins instead of the yogurt raisins. It was quick and easy. I'll be making this for the holidays and in between. You must try this one. It's a keeper.

Lemon-Lime Soda Pie

Barbecue Beef Cups

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

This is the only way I make a roast. It always turns out tender. I thicken the sauce with a flour/water paste for a tasty gravy.

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

Zucchini Pineapple Bread I

My whole family loved this recipe. I made a few changes. I sprayed the pans with Pam then sprinkled a sugar/cinnamon mixture instead of the flour to coat the pans. I also added 1 cup of chopped walnuts, 1 cup of coconut and 1 cup of chopped marischino cherries. This will be the only zucchini bread I make now.
