Lemon-Lime Soda Pie
I made this for our "girls" week at the beach.I used diet soda, Splenda and sugar free jello. It tasted great and no one knew it was diet!

Awesome Apple Martinis
Delicious. I doubled the apple juice and it still had enough "kick". This is a new favorite.

Winter Fruit Salad with Lemon Poppyseed Dressing
Very good and easy. I added mandarin oranges. I will be making this salad again.
