Chili Rubbed Pork Tenderloin With Apricot Ginger Glaze
This is gonna become a commonly used recipe in my house! I made this exactly as is with a big sized pork loin, trimmed the fat and baked in the oven at 350 for about an hour and a half, basting on the glaze the last 15 minutes of cooking, then let it set for 10 minutes, with steamed brown rice, and it was a huge hit!! Absolutely delicious.
