Cream Cheese Penguins
The first time I made these were to have something cheerful at Christmas for my beautiful step-mom that was losing her battle with cancer. I can't even put to words to reaction the penguins got. They each have their own personality. I use the furry top toothpicks and put on a white plate covered with coconut to simulate snow. I am not a big olive fan, so have never consumed one in the five years I've been making them, but they always seem to disappear. I made them last Saturday and one guest took two home to her kids. They are so cute!
