Jamie's Cranberry Spinach Salad
I love this salad. I made it for a big group and everyone loved it. I cut the sugar in half and it was still plenty sweet. Yum!

Catherine's Spicy Chicken Soup
This is wonderful! I have made this a few times and added extra veggies - like carrots, zucchini, whatever your heart desires. I have some habenero salt and added a that instead of regular salt. Wow! I could have this once and month and be happy, happy!

Salsa Chicken
I usually don't give bad reviews, but this was just not very good. My boyfriend, who is the nicest man on the planet, could only say, "it is just nice to have a home-cooked meal." I liked all the ingredients, but together they just didn't do anything special.
