Cream Cheese Penguins
The first time I made these were to have something cheerful at Christmas for my beautiful step-mom that was losing her battle with cancer. I can't even put to words to reaction the penguins got. They each have their own personality. I use the furry top toothpicks and put on a white plate covered with coconut to simulate snow. I am not a big olive fan, so have never consumed one in the five years I've been making them, but they always seem to disappear. I made them last Saturday and one guest took two home to her kids. They are so cute!

Quinoa Side Dish
I have made this a couple of times now. It is really yummy. I did saute the onions ahead of time since we don't like them too raw.

Spooky Witches Fingers
I have made this for the past two years and now it's just a given. Changes: I used sliced almonds and put raspberry jam under the "nail" and at severed end - cooked with the jam on. It makes it look coagulated. Ewwww. :-)
