I am on my second batch, and printing out recipe to take with these to give to office gals, who are real excited to taste the cookies. They are a wonderful alternative to having to find something to grab for breakfast in a hurry.

I was so sad yesterday when I ate the last of these cookies. I had even frozen the last few cookies because I was out of town for Christmas, and they were delicious even then. My husband loved them un-decorated because they tasted like shortbread cookies, his favorite. I came back to print out the recipe to put in a recipe collection I am making for my God-daughter of recipes we have made together.

My daughter-in-law made cupcakes with this as the frosting, for my grandsons Birthday. I could not believe how wonderful this frosting is, light and wonderful taste and texture.
