I just made these scones and they are delicious. I made it exactly as the recipe says, except I had less than 1/4 cup sour cream and they still came out great.

Cheater Pot Pie

This was very easy and good-I used one can of Cream of Chicken soup and it was plenty. The preparation was easy. I already had chicken and vegetables left over from last nights dinner, so all I did was put everything together and heated it up and put in pie pan with buttermilk bisquits. I would make this again.

I made this and other desserts for a party I was having and everyone raved over this recipe. I didn't really need to make other desserts, because this was the hit of the night. Great recipe.

Easy Sour Cream Cheesecake

This is delicious. Very light. I only had 1/2 of an 8 ounce pkg of cream cheese and another full 8 ounce pkg. I reduced the ingredients by half and it came out perfect. I used an already prepared graham cracker crust. We tried it while it was still warm. Yum!!!

Joan's Famous Mondel Brodt

I was really surprised how good these turned out. They are wonderful with coffee. I dipped mine in chocolate. I think the next time I will put cherries in them. I've had Mondel Brodt with cherries and they are fabulous. Thanks for a great recipe

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

These are good cookies. I think this cookie is a little crumbly. I like them a little moister, but the taste is really good. Next time I will use 1/2 margarine and 1/2 butter instead of crisco.

Golden Potato Soup

This is delicious. I never made potato soup before, but this will definately be a winter meal. I had leftover ham from Christmas and thought I would try to make a soup with it and your recipe was the best...Even my husband ate it. He went back for seconds..........

Frosted Banana Bars

Baked this recipe in a jellyroll pan. I only had a small amount of sour cream, so I combined it with cream cheese and wow these are delicious. I also added walnuts and before I put it in the oven, I sprinkled it with a packet of raw sugar and when finished baking this I didn't need any frosting. I think this is a moist and easy recipe to prepare and oh so delicious. Will make this again.

Slow Cooker Beef Stew III

This was delicious. I floured & browned the meat until golden brown first. The only thing different I did was use Lipton Savory Herb & garlic soup with 2 cups beef broth. I didn't have mushroom soup, but it still came out fine. I will be making this again.

Homesteader Cornbread

This cornbread is delicious, and very moist. I followed the recipe as written and it came out great. I will be making this again.. We ate it with my homemade strawberry jam and it was fabulous...What a nice treat!!!!!!

This is a great recipe. I used onion salt and garlic salt, chopped onions and olive oil. Followed other viewers advice and mixed all together and then put it in the oven. Will make this again.

Broiled Scallops

This was very good. I also used garlic powder instead of the salt. The garlic butter sauce I put over noodles and they were very flavorful. I really enjoyed the scallops, but my husband thought they were just okay. I would make this again...

Corn Chowder

This recipe is very similar to my recipe that I misplaced. I think the only difference was I didn't use as much water. I had to improvise once I added the water. I used little less milk and added 1/2 cup of half & half. It also needed a bit of thickness, so I used corn starch and I added about 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese. My husband bragged about it and said wow this is good. He even took a second helping

Homemade Refrigerator Pickles

I made this recipe 3 different times, as I had so many cucumbers coming in at at once. It was a big hit in my house. I added extra liquid and celery seed. Wonderful recipe...I will continue to use this recipe again....
