About this Cook
My greatest cooking influence was my mom and my grandma. I love the feeling of sitting down as a family to a meal that everyone enjoys. And I love to bake
My favorite things to cook
Apple Pie, Roasted chicken with roasted garlic potatos and carrots
My favorite family cooking traditions
I cook Thanksgiving every year
My cooking triumphs
My first thanksgiving dinner
My cooking tragedies
I was making gravy on top of the stove for Ham(had Guest over) with a glass pan and the pan burst into pieces and went into the Ham and veggies. We had to order out.

Roasted Asparagus and Garlic
made this for Easter in the oven without the foil packets, everyone raved about them. Huge taste as stated, no limp stringness. Will go into my favorites box. Thanks for a great recipe

Magic Cookie Bars I
This is one of my favorite bars but we always make the crust with cornflakes, butter and sugar. My family likes it better made that way.
