I watched my mom a lot growing up, but i didnt realize i could cook until i moved out. Now i am fully utilizing my cooking skills for my husband and guests. Sesame Chicken, cheesecakes, Ma Lipo's Apricot Glazed Turkey, and Brocolli Cheese Soup I love cooking mexican food like my grandmother, even if i have to call in the middle of cooking with a question. I made homemade tamales for the first time recently for a friend's bday present. It took 13 hours in all. The first cake i ever made from scratch failed miserbly because i used the wrong pan, my hubby (bf at the time) walked 3 blocks to get me new pans because i was so upset. I've also forgotten things in the stove and burnt them and cried, i guess i should get a timer for xmas! But i rarely get goof ups now, but i think it happens to everyone once in awhile.
