Atomic Canuck Chili
My favorite chili recipe PERIOD!!! The only changes I make are... fresh mushrooms instead of canned, I add Poblano's (3 of them), Jalapeno's (3 of them), and 2 packs of beef cubes. This really is a great chili recipe!! I also rip up a cheese stick into before eating, YUMMY!!

A simply AWESOME recipe!! I love this and so does my family, the only thing I do is slice fresh mushrooms instead of canned ones.

Cowboy Mashed Potatoes
I make this "as is" for special occasions and everyone has always loved it!! This will always be one of my favorite potato dishes!!!
