Old Time Soft Sugar Cookies
These are a very good, traditional chewy sugar cookie.

Magic Peanut Butter Middles
These are quite good, especially with a glass of milk. I found the easiest way to make these successfully was to make balls of the cookie dough, and then using thumb make an indent (think jam thumbprint). After putting the peanut butter mixture in you just wrap and seal. My boyfriend's mom, a peanut butter junkie, LOVED these.

Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties
These are a little on the salty side, but very tasty nonetheless! I made them for an afternoon party and it was very well received.
