This is the best pie crust, and really easy to make. I also added some cinnamon & sugar to the flour mix, to add a bit of sweetness! Yum! I always make this with Grandma's Apple Pie you can also find on this site.

Strawberry Cheesecake

Made this for a cheesecake lover, and they said it tasted excellent! I used a pie pan instead of spring form, and it made 3 cheesecakes instead of two.

Iced Mochas

I've had this recipe saved for a while, and finally got the chance to make it! It was delicious! I used 4 cubes of frozen coffee, 1 cup of milk, 2T of caramel and 2T of chocolate syrup. I did not use regular sugar at all. I have a Magic Bullet blender, and I used 1 mug, and this made just enough to fill up the mug! It was very good!

Sweet Potato Casserole II

This was really good. I have never liked sweet potatoes, but decided to make this recipe for my inlaws Thanksgiving Dinner. They all said they werent too fond of sweet potatoes but they all loved this recipe. No one said it was too sweet, and even my 9 month old niece loved it!

Swirled Pumpkin and Cream Cheese Cheesecake

I made this recipe for Thanksgiving and everyone loved it. My brother-in-law made another type of Pumpkin Cheesecake and I thought this one was much tastier. I thought the crust was great and not too hard.. Everyone could not believe how good this cake was.
