Chicken Florentine Casserole

OMG! We tried this with some leftover turkey and wow! My husband told me that he could eat this every night - and he doesn't like spinach! This is definitely a keeper.

OMG! I made these for our family Christmas party, I am the one everyone counts on to bring a new idea. WOW! They went so fast that my mother-in-law who was last to go through the line didn't even get one. I did place them in a slow cooker on low and used another reviewers suggestion of putting a little maple syrup to keep them moist. My nephew rated it A+++. Will definitely make these again and again!!!!

Baked Onion Dip

I LOVE THIS RECIPE! I have been making this for years and sometimes will add a bit of garlic. In my neck of the woods, we refer to this as "baked fat" and all my bunco babes love it!!!

Warm Sweet Onion Spread

I love this recipe! I have been making it for years, my friends and I have named it "Baked Fat." It goes VERY FAST!!! I usually double it to make sure everyone gets a bite.

Turkey in a Smoker

We started using this recipe over three years ago. The first time we did it the whole neighborhood smelled like a BBQ restaurant! This recipe not only smells great it tastes great too. We have tried different variations, but the original is the best!
