Molten Chocolate Cakes With Sugar-Coated Raspberries

The XL muffin cups in a standard muffin pan, ruined the cakes for me. Since they are too big, some parts of the cups folded and the folds were baked into the cakes, so that when I tried peeling them off, it pulled the cake open spilling all the chocolate-y goodness. But MY OH MY! Since I was making this for a bday party, I had to leave em in the paper cups at home and go buy a store bought cake, which really made me upset. My anger immediately dissipated once i tasted the ruined cakes. So this is what "SINFULLY DELICIOUS" tastes like..

Lemon Rosemary Salmon

My husband l-o-v-e, loves, salmon, and he gets it whenever we eat out, and when i made this for him, he said it's almost the best salmon he's ever had-- it's tied with the one he thinks is best at this restaurant in hollywood. =) Even I was surprised with how delicious this turned out for being so simple.. Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Everyone knows I don't like potatoes. I hate baked potato, I'll only eat a small amount of mashed potatoes if it's swimming in gravy, and I'll only eat curly fries. But even when dinner was over... i kept getting up during the movie to get "one more bite" of this!!! deliciousssssssss!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

The best blueberry muffins i've ever had! But in order to make 8 real Jumbo muffins (with an actual muffin top) you're going to need to double the recipe. Like most breads, these babies taste twice as good after they sit for a day! Thank you!

1 tbsp butter 8 dashes hot sauce (didnt taste hot at all even with this increase) subst olive oil parmesan cheese made an unpleasant smell--use mozeralla cheese next time?

Chicken Balsamic

Not the best, but good enough to make again. I doubled the sauce, and the herbs, and added like 4 dashes of salt, haha.. Kind of sweet though, so instead of 4 TBS of sugar (4 because of the doubled sauce), Next time I might just but 3..?

Gingerbread Cookies I

wow! my first time eating/making gingerbread cookies and they were SOOO good!!! I did add an extra 1/4 c. of sugar, because i was afraid it would be bitter, after reading some of the reviews, and i can't imagine it tasting good w/o that extra sugar. It was still only mildly sweet, but that was great! also i did use and extra cup of flour. Thanks so much!! Out of the 4 cookies i made this christmas this was the best!
