The photo looks like it has carrots and celery and those aren't mentioned in the recipe. I am going to add to it as in the comments. The soup is on the stove as a work in progress. The photo really should match the recipe, don't you thing?

Cheesy Ranch Chex® Mix

Pumpkin Custard Pie

The only change I made was to put it in a graham cracker crust and less milk so that it didn't over flow. It was so good I am going to make the exact same pie for Thanksgiving. My picky 9 year old even liked it!

Chinese-Style Steamed Fish

Fish Chowder II

I made this great fish chowder as an easy first course for my big family gathering. It was a hit. Easy and delicious. One change - next time I will use 3 cups water and 4 cups milk for a little bit thicker base.
