Banana Banana Bread
Fantastic. I also added some vanilla, cinnamon, walnuts and chocolate chips like others advised. Not only making it again....making it right now.

Easy Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
I used this recipe for the first time I have ever made ice cream. Wow. Delicious. I ended up adding 3 extra drops of the green food colouring - just for my preference - but it obviously doesn't change the fabulous taste. I will DEFINETLY be making this recipe again.

Apple Crisp II
This was delicious and very easy to make. I did what other had suggested, used only 1/2 cup of the white sugar and omitted the water. Then I added a handful (literally) of extra oats for a bit more texture. Came out perfect. I used the Northern Spy apple.
