Seven Grain Bread II
The flavor was good but the texture was a bit dry. Like others, mine also fell. Since I like the taste, I'd really like to tweak it to adjust the texture. I may come back to this recipe after I have a bit more experience with breadmaker bread.

Country Seed Bread
This was my first bread machine bread... Wow!!!!! The only change I made was omitting poppy seeds & adding the equilivant amount of 10-grain cereal. The only problem now will be that my husband will want fresh bread daily.

Brownie Chocolate Chip Cheesecake
Made as directed... yummy! As others suggested, I used a water bath & left in oven to cool for an hour before putting it in the fridge. Served with whipped cream, garnished with choc shavings.
