Sweet Potato, Carrot, Apple, and Red Lentil Soup

This recipe was the base for all my left over Thanksgiving dinner. I used left over sweet potatoe casserole, homemade applesauce, left over carrots, left over chicken stock, put it all together and it came out awesome. Great way to get rid of the leftovers that stuck around the refrig. I did already have the red lentils in the pantry. Try it you'll love this!!! Nice and spicy...

Excellent! Followed recipe exactly as stated, with the exception of a few drops of Kitchen Bouquot (brown seasoning sauce) for some color. Everyone loved it...no leftovers!Fed two adults and two children.

World's Best Lasagna

This was absolutely fantastic!! I think the secret was the fennel seeds. I used fresh lasagna noodles, so that helped cut some time making this great Lasagna. I used San Marzano tomatoes including San Marzano paste (makes the best sauce). Will only use this recipe!! Thanks for sharing

Linguini with White Clam Sauce

This is probably the best White Clam Sauce recipe I ever made. Followed the recipe exactly as indicated, just added paprika for color and a pinch of cayenne pepper to kick it up a bit. Excellent! Thanks for sharing this one...Will only use this for clam sauce...
