Spaghetti With Red Clam Sauce
My husband is the cook in the family. He made this clam sauce and it was delicious! The only different thing he did was to triple the amount of clams (we like a lot of clams). Tastes just like the sauce at one of our favorite restaurants. And, since the owners of that restaurant have recently retired, we can still enjoy the sauce, only at home. Thanks, Angela!

Restaurant-Style Zuppa Toscana
Thanks Nancy for this fantastic recipe! I made it for my guests this Thanksgiving and it got rave reviews. I sauteed my onions and garlic in olive oil since my Italian sausage was very lean. I also used half hot and half sweet sausage. I prepared the soup the day before and on Thanksgiving day I justed heated it and added the cream. This is definitely a clone of the "real thing"!Thanks, again!
