I'm a working mom/wife who loves to cook. I could spend all day in the kitchen. My dream is to someday go to culinary school. Not so much to work as a chef but just do it for fun. I'm not much of a baker so I'd have to say pasta, chicken stir fries, anything cajun. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. I love to cook all day. Anything my kids say, "wow mom this is great." When I was first married, I made potato chip fried chicken. It was the greasiest thing on earth, but my darling husband ate it!
