I am a kindergarten teacher and mother of 4 who is always looking for quick and easy recipes. But whenever a baked item is needed for an occasion, I try to come up with something special. I love to make desserts! there are so many varieties and ways that you can change recipes. I love making thanksgiving and christmas meals for my family. I also have fond memories of eating pot roast every Sunday for lunch and would like my children to have the same type of fond memories. Cooking thanksgiving and christmas meals by myself for the past 6 years in between work and cleaning.
