Black Beans and Rice
I had to add a lot to make this palatable... diced tomatoes, lots of spices (green chilies, more cumin, thyme, salt, more coriander, chili powder, tarragon). It wasn't bad once I played with it, but as is I didn't find it very tasty. I also used brown rice, because I love it.
