I made this pie for a bbq we were having. I timed making my meringue according to the time that was given for the pie to bake..big mistake. After checking at 35 minutes and then @ 40 minutes I started to panic and came back to read the reviews again. I let the pie bake for almost an HOUR and it was finally ready for the meringue. So my meringue turned out a little flat this time, but it was a good pie regardless. Sweet so a little goes a long way :)

My husband thought these were the best oatmeal cookies ever. I didn't change anything in the recipe and we still thought they were great. I loved the smell when they were baking...mmmmmmm

These were great molasses cookies. They didn't last long in my house. If you don't like spicey cookies, maybe tone down some of the spices.
