Chicken Pot Pie VIII
this recipe is absolutely perfect! i had pre boiled the vegetables, so they came out not too crunchy yet there was still this bite when you bite into the pie. And i also marinated the chicken in some dried thyme, rosemary and mixed spice, it add that extra kick to the pie whick made my family love it! my mother even requested for extra helpings! but my pie base was a tad soggy so i would suggest you pre bake the base first. But despite that this is still loved by my family as its the first time i had got great reviews from my whole family for a dish!
