Amish Slaw
I made this two days before serving it for dinner. I was worried that the cabbage would be soggy from sitting so long, but found it was still crunchy days later! Plus, all of my friends couldn't get enough. I'm not a big fan of mayonnaise based cole slaw so this is a wonderful substitute.

Streusel-Topped Muffins
These were really good muffins! By the time they weredone baking though the streusel had melted all over the pan, but it was still good. I think I'll add some flour to it next time so it will keep it's shape. I also folded a mixture of 1/4c. brown sugar and 1/2 tsp. of cinnamon into the batter to add extra flavor which made it really good! thanks for the recipe!

Apple Banana Smoothie
My mother got a new blender for Christmas and this was the first thing I made on it. It was delicious! It tasted just like my Grandma's fruit salad!
