Clark's Quiche
OMG, this smelled wonderful baking in the oven, and it tasted great. Will definitely make again. The only changes I made were no sour cream and I used canned mushrooms because we were out of those, too. Time to go to the grocery store! I also drained all but about 1 tsp of bacon grease from the frying pan and sauteed the onions and mushrooms in the pan, scraping up the little bits. Thanks, Clark!

Classic Cuban Midnight (Medianoche) Sandwich
YUM! My husband raved about it (he took leftovers for lunch), I loved it, my daughter loved it, but our teenaged son was so-so. He ate it, but didn't take a second one (he is 16, 6 ft and growing, so 2 sandwiches would be the norm). He's the only reason it didn't get 5 stars!

Sour Cream Pork Chops
This is a definite repeat! I used Aldi's pork chops and since I ran out of time, I just cooked on top of stove.
