Clark's Quiche
OMG, this smelled wonderful baking in the oven, and it tasted great. Will definitely make again. The only changes I made were no sour cream and I used canned mushrooms because we were out of those, too. Time to go to the grocery store! I also drained all but about 1 tsp of bacon grease from the frying pan and sauteed the onions and mushrooms in the pan, scraping up the little bits. Thanks, Clark!
