Mom's Zucchini Bread
It was really moist. I just reduced the sugar as others suggested but otherwise the recipe was flawless

Libby's(R) Pumpkin Roll with Cream Cheese Filling
Instead of making a cake for my husband's birthday, I tried this Roll. He usually never likes pumpkin cakes but he loved this one and everyone had second helpings.
