Hearty Ham Omelet
Tasted great but definitely needs more then 4 eggs. Maybe my pan was too big (I just used a medium size one) but the omelet was very flat.

Shrimp Tetrazzini
Everyone in the family loved this. Next time I won't cook the shrimp as long on the stove, I thought they were slightly overcooked. I also agreed with the over reviewers that this needs some extra spices.

Baked Parmesan Perch
This was great and so easy, made with ingredients I keep on hand. I added a few shakes of Mrs. Dash Spicy for some added flavor per the pervious reviewer and I think it needed it. I will make this again. Even my 3 year old liked it.
