Squash Casserole I
I must have done something wrong in the squash/onion preparation. Mine ended up like squash soup.....I will use my other recipe next time.

Shrimp Etouffee II
This was great! I read all the reviews and made some of the same modifications: stove instead of microwave, W.shire sauce, chicken broth, a lot more cayenne pepper and hot sauce. This was really good and leftovers were even better. Will definetly make again. Thanks!

Korean Spicy Chicken and Potato (Tak Toritang)
My mom is Korean and unfortunetly I haven't learned how to make all my favorite Korean dishes. When I saw this I thought it looked really easy, I could handle it. I prepared everything like the recipe says & then called my mom to see how she did it. She told me to add a little bit of sugar and some red pepper flakes. She never measures anything. I also threw in an extra clove of garlic and more potatoes & carrots. Of course, she said 1/2 cup was to much soy sauce but that's what I used and it tasted fine. She's always complaining about how much soy sauce we use ("It's to salty!!!") Add more red pepper paste if you want it spicier.
