Easy Indian Butter Chicken
I found this quite tasty! I only used 1/2 cup of butter and instead of cream, I used regular milk and thickened it with cornstarch. I also used about 12 large roma tomoatos instead of the sauce because my house is overflowing with them at this time of year. I found the heat temperature just right - spicy but not painful:o)

Breakfast in a Muffin
I made a few changes but I look forward to pulling them out of the freezer on rushed mornings. I substituted the bacon with sausage(spicy)and put it in the bottom batter as another suggested (Maybe 1/2 cup). I added chives, dill and a dried garlic/peppers mixture to the cheese topping. I would suggest smoothing the cheese mixture over the top rather than leaving it as a lump and contrary to another opinion, I find these to be a little on the sweet side which is what I like. Enjoy.

Bacon Cheddar Chive Muffins
My kids really enjoy these. Whenever my husband goes out of town and I become the single working mom getting 3 kids off to daycare/school, these are great!! Bake on Sunday, freeze and they last the week!! I put fresh chives in and 1/3 - 1/2 cup Hormels precooked bacon.
