Breakfast in a Muffin
I made a few changes but I look forward to pulling them out of the freezer on rushed mornings. I substituted the bacon with sausage(spicy)and put it in the bottom batter as another suggested (Maybe 1/2 cup). I added chives, dill and a dried garlic/peppers mixture to the cheese topping. I would suggest smoothing the cheese mixture over the top rather than leaving it as a lump and contrary to another opinion, I find these to be a little on the sweet side which is what I like. Enjoy.
