Cream of Spinach Soup
I decided to have a dinner party for my sister and aunt birthday, and the guests thought the soup was absolutely divine. I did take the advise of several other reviewers and added green onions, garlic to the butter, and used broccoli instead of
spinach. I also added carnation milk and heavy cream in addition to the regular milk. It was great, although, a little lumpy. Next time, I will place the mixture into the food processor to smooth out prior to serving. Thanks, for a great recipe!!!
