The first time I remember cooking was when I was seven, in my mother’s kitchen. She was making chicken fried steak, I asked to help and she had me breading in no time and whenever I make chicken fried steak I still remember that moment

I really don't have a favorite, im pretty much up for anything.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Favorite cooking, humm I would have to say make the yearly prime rib. Now if you have dug further into this profile here is a piece of advice. When cooking with any piece of meat be it prime rib, top round whatever. Its all about a good cut of meat, I however am blessed I live in Nebraska with an excellent selection. When buying beef I always go buy, “You get what you pay for.”
My cooking triumphs
Hey I have been cooking for awhile and am considered a “Professional,” but we all make mistakes. Any meal that tastes good and ready at dinner time is a triumph for me.
My cooking tragedies
Such a limited space and too many to name. So a word of advice, always…ALWAYS taste to see if you’re using sugar or salt.
