Grandma's birthday in Feb in Florida each year...she'll be 95 in 2008 and she's always been a fabulous cook; huge Bake Fest in early December for family treats and gifts to share; and a NY's Eve Appetizer Buffet.

Banana Crumb Muffins
Was expecting a heavier banana bread type, was surprised they were light, yet a little crumbly becuz of the streusel. Good flavor, easy to make, but next time I'd make my favorite banana bread and put streusel in center or on top.

Apple Enchiladas
Wonderful Recipe....easily 5 stars!! Whole family loved it more than most apple pie. Hubby said tortillas were better than pie crust, which he has never been fond. I did spread tortillas with 8oz softened cream cheese and added 1 tsp vanilla to the sauce....divine!! It's in our permanent collection! Thanks Brenda.

Angel Hair Pasta with Garlic Shrimp and Broccoli
OMG!!! My family would give this TONS of stars if possible. It was wonderful...the flavor is second to none and is resteraunt quality. Followed ingredients and directions to a T; but doubled sauce as a previous reviewer suggested. Thanks so much Robbie H, this is a top keeper and now has a home in our regular meal rotation!
