Carrie's Artichoke and Sun-dried Tomato Pasta
I love this dish! I make it all the time and when I take it for leftovers for lunch, everyone always wants the recipe. Delicious!

Meatloaf with Fried Onions and Ranch Seasoning
This was delicious! I may never make regular old meatloaf ever again! I added a little more ranch then what it called for. Even the kids loved it (and they are picky!!)...but what kid doesn't like ranch??
