This is my recipe that I submitted many years ago. I always use Miracle Whip instead of Mayo. Mayo is just too bland!!

I have been making this soup for years!! I cook Italian sausages seperately;slice them and add them to the soup.I also NEVER cook pasta in a soup; it absorbs too much broth. And you MUST add the ketchup. Anyone who has been disappointed with this recipe hasn't added the ketchup. This is always a winner in my kichen!! Thanks Charlotte
