Easy Chickpea Curry
Made just as described. Really nice taste. It did take longer for my potatoes to get soft...but it was worth the wait. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

Pork Tenderloin in Bourbon
This is a keeper. I took an earlier reviewer's suggestion and made a sauce with marinade, beef broth, and butter. I would recommend using low sodium products (soy sauce, broth) if you do this, as it can be very salty.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Great flavor. I only used 1 tbp of tabasco and it was nearly too hot for me, but in a good way. Per the other reviewers, I breaded the chicken first, then used extra virgin coconut oil to brown both sides. The sauce was very glossy and a pretty color. I am looking forward to making this again.
