Creamiest Rice Pudding

Super yum in the crock pot. Stir often and add eggs later. Needed raisins! Next time I will add!

Hot Italian Sausage

Made this with soy crumbles in a lasagna. My sister is vegetarian but I couldn't find any veggie Italian sausage. This was a great alternative.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Super yum! The best part is the dressing and can modify from there. I made spinach with dried cherries and candied pecans with this dressing.

Microwave Frittata

Lovely! My oven is broken for the time being so microwaving was handy. I couldn't tell it was microwaved. I used bacon bits, spinach, and added cheese on top. I will definitely make again!

My grandma made this pie for all special occasions, and replaced the graham cracker crust with the real thing. This was the first pie she taught me to bake when I was 11, and I still make it to this day.

Best Lemonade Ever

I had a friend who would make lemonade to die for, however, she wouldn't share her "secret" recipe. I think I've found her "secret" in this recipe. It is equal if not better in taste. HA! I will be making this for years to come.

Famous Chicken Adobo

My mother-in-law (a filipina) likes to make her Adobo slightly sweet. This recipe is nice and saucy unlike my MIL's. So, I added about 1 tsp. of sugar. It was perfect! I'm going to make it again tonight!
