Steak Marinade
I Marinated the steaks all day. I then washed off the marinade and sprayed olive oil on the steaks and used Montreal steak seasoning on each side as we grilled them.....Fabulous.

Apple Raisin French Toast Strata
I got rave reviews...I also used sugar free maple syrup and couldn't tell the difference. I froze the left overs that I sliced. Three weeks later we finished it off. Just as good as the first time.
