Chai Tea Mix
This recipe makes an excellent chai spiced tea. I did modify it by using only the spices listed including adding the nutmeg, allspice and pepper. Add approx. 1/4 tsp to your cup of tea when you add the hot water to the tea bag.( I use 10 oz mugs) and adjust your sugar and milk to taste. You will have sediment in the bottom of your cup from the spices since they don't disolve. Works awesome in a teapot too!

Brownie Biscotti
Nice chocolate flavour and not too sweet or overpowering. Good with coffee or icecream. modified the recipe a bit, used oil insterad of butter, regular sized chocolate chips and slivered almonds instead of walnuts and omitted the egg wash. you definately need a sturdy wooden spoon to mix the batter as it is very stiff.baked at 350 degrees for first baking and 300 degrees for 2nd baking and only for about 8 minutes per side. The sliced cookies will scorch so check after 8- 10 min.
