Chantal's New York Cheesecake
Love this cheesecake, but beware let the cream cheese warm up to room temperature before using or you will have lumps. Also consider using a water bath to cook the cake. I followed the instructions and had a large crack in the middle of the cake. The crack did not effect the taste, I'll definatly make this again.
