Sausage-Stuffed Loaf
This was fantastic & easy too! It turned out perfect. I added mushrooms to the sweet turkey Italian sausage. I also reduced the amount of cheese. Yikes, 4 cups is too much so I reduced it to 2 cups. Next time, I may put the cheese on first before the meat. By putting it on last, it seems to all end up on one side of the loaf instead of being more evenly distriuted. I also added dried basil and onion powder to the list of indredients. I made my spaghetti sauce to pour over our servings. Accompany this with a hearty salad -- YUM! This will be a do-over in our house!

Quick and Easy Vegetable Soup
I thought this recipe was very good. I made some additions, which I usually do to most recipies. I doubled the recipe, my husband and I like a lot of left overs. I thought the recipe was a little bland so I added dried basil, garlic powder, onion powder, a couple splashes of worcestershire and barley. The creole seasoning added a great flavor and a little kick! What a fantastic and heathly meal! I will definitely make this one again!!

Pad Thai
I enjoyed this recipe, but the sauce definitely needed to be doubled...or even trippled in my case because I used a larger package of noodles.
