Apricot-Glazed Pork Chops
Quick and easy but very good meal. I used apple juice rather than wine and I dredged the chops in flour before frying. It was a hit with the family and I will add it to the rotation.

Cracked Sugar Cookies I
Great cookies! I loved that I did not need to use a rolling pin. My kids enjoyed rolling the cookies in decorative granulated sugar.

Cookie Mix in a Jar V
I am sorry but these cookies turned out terribly. I was going to make jars of these cookies to give to friends as gifts. I am glad I tried the recipe out ahead of time because now I know I would have been embarrased. Now I have time to get another recipe.
