It may have been just the turkey, but mine turned out dry and stringy and hard to eat. I didn't like the flavor, either, because of the onion soup. I won't do this again.

Yummy! I didn't have sour cream so I used a cup of cottage cheese and it turned out great. This one really is awesome!

I made this last night and it turned out perfectly. Some of the reviewers said theirs didn't turn out, and I think it depends on the microwave watts. Mine is also a convection oven, and is only 900 watts. I followed the instructions to a "tee" and it was perfect. It even hardened on after being turned out on waxed paper. Great recipe! Thanks!
