Banana Cake V
This cake is EXCELLENT! I've made it twice (exactly as the recipe is written), and it's so easy and so good that my husband is asking me to make it for a party next weekend. I may never make banana bread again, this cake is simple, very moist, and needs no frosting. My 2 year old loves it too, she asks for it as soon as it comes out of the over. The only comment that I have is that I have to bake it at 340 degrees for 50-55 minutes in a glass (Pyrex) pan.

Kolaches II
This was an easy, no-knead sweet roll recipe. I still had a little trouble with it, but I'm new to yeast breads. The rolls didn't rise well on my baking stones, but overall turned out nicely. The rolls rose much better on my metal pans, but the bottoms burned. It's not a terribly sweet roll, the preserves add the sweetness to it. I tried substituting Smuckers 100% Fruit for the preserves, but won't do that again. It doesn't bake as well as preserves do. I might make this again.

Whipped Sweet Potatoes with Pears
Delicious! This was a piece of cake to make. I tossed the potatoes in my stand mixer to whip them, added the sauce, added the other ingredients and the cooked pears, turned on medium high and we were all set. This was very easy to make, and very good to eat! My two year old loved it, as did my in-laws. We'll definitely have this one again.
