Roasted Beets 'n' Sweets
This was delicious, simple, a great addition to our holiday dinner. We weren't able to use sheet pans once the sweet potatoes were added because of the volume of food we needed to make. We used casserole dishes and increased the temp to 425 and it turned out perfectly.

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake
Super easy, we used two pans and cooked the sausage and potatoes at the same time to save time. The kids even liked it, which makes this one even better.

Beef Stroganoff III
Turned out great, the kids loved it. We did skip the wine and used sirloin steak instead of chuck roast, but no complaints.
