Pineapple Banana Bread
Very good bread, it is better the nexat day. It really needs some kind of nuts in it(for me, anyway). The next time I will add some walnuts. The bread would make great gifts to give at holiday time.

Sausage and Sun-Dried Tomato Quiche
This is excellent!! I took the chance and used a deep dish pie crust and glad I did. The flavor is so good with the sun-dried tomatoes. I used ones in oil and herbs. So perfect for a Brunch menu!

Chesapeake Bay Pork Chops
The marinade is excellent! The basil is perfect on these chops. I was only able to marinade for 4 hours, but the flavor was amazing.
