Sorry, but I didn't care for this. I just kept adding stuff to it to make it better, and nothing helped. I'm not sure where stroganoff comes into the recipe. It does not call for sour cream but I see that others did add it. I'm sure that helped a bunch. But I did not have any in the house and that is why I made it. I agree with the poster who said this was sloppy joe mix over noodles.

Not to bad for quick, I added some canned mushrooms to try and give it a little more texture and some black pepper. Ended up adding some Chipotle tabasco sauce on while I was eating it for a little more flavor. Just kept thinking it needed something...

I was really surprised how good this was with so little ingredients. I didn't have pimentos, so I used jarred roasted red bell peppers. I also boiled my chicken so it would be good and moist.
