Chocolate Chip Sourdough Muffins
followed advice...to increase sugar to 3/4 cup and add 2t bake soda to 1/4 cup water excellent!!!

Quick Fudge Icing
This is excellent...just like fudge! I stirred it as it heated to make sure the sugar melted. And only had the heat on med. No problem with this recipe at all Would not use it for layer cake though..it comes out stiff like fudge...but ever so yummy

Sourdough Bread I
I have been making this bread weekly now for about four months. It is outstanding and so easy. If it is cold it will take longer to rise...I sometimes turn the oven on to low, then after it heats up turn it off...then put bread in to rise excellent...have used this recipe to make canzones as well...very tasty
