Basic Flaky Pie Crust

I have been baking for forty years...thought I would give this a try... oh my...it is so flaky I am not sure I will be able to get it out of the pan without it crumbling... rushing now to make another pie for tomorrow...thanksgiving day...I know I know...never try a new recipe for holiday... made with butter came out great...

Chocolate Chip Sourdough Muffins

followed advice...to increase sugar to 3/4 cup and add 2t bake soda to 1/4 cup water excellent!!!

Quick Fudge Icing

This is excellent...just like fudge! I stirred it as it heated to make sure the sugar melted. And only had the heat on med. No problem with this recipe at all Would not use it for layer cake though..it comes out stiff like fudge...but ever so yummy
